HEALTHY LIVING TIPS
1. Drink water as much as
possible
Drink water at least 5
to 8 glasses a day will keep you protected from various diseases. Include high
blood pressure, diabetes, abdominal pain due to ulcers and so on.
2. Increase your fiber
content.
Expand the fiber
content in the body. In addation to digestion, the carbohydrates in fiber-rich
foods such fruits and vegetables will increase your energy without increasing
level of body fat
3. Regular exercise
In addition to regular
exercise can burn fat and exess calories in the body, exercise canloosen tight
muschles and relieve stress.
4. Sleep enough
During sleep the body
will rest with the total. So if the sleep time is reduced, and the body will be
weak and easly attacked by diseases.
5. Get plenty of laughs
Believe it or not, laughter is a
sufficient drug effective against the disease ! positive and happy thoughts can
effect you both mentallyand physically. The happier you are, the more distant
the disease came to attack.

Malinda
pledges to be more open to press
Former
Citibank customer relationship senior manager Inong Malinda Dee, who arrested
for embezzling up Rp 17 billon (US$1.88 million ) from her customers’ accounts,
has blamed the media for creating negative sentiments against her.
Malinda
said she thought it was because she rarely spoke to the press.
“Yes, we
[she and her lawyers] rarely speak to journalists,” Malinda said on Thursday
while leaving the South Jakarta District Court.
She
promised to hold a press conference to explain things related to her and her
case.
“I will explain thoroughly about
the case to the press. But I will be represented by my lawyers, okays?” she
said. (

read her plea during the Thursday hearing after prosecutors demanded a 13-years
